Hello!
My name is Kim Melso.
I went to UW-Milwaukee and graduated with a bachelor's of science in atmospheric science with minors in mathematics and French. I worked in the meteorology field for about 3 years before deciding to change career paths and pursue education. I went to Wisconsin Lutheran College and earned my Masters in secondary education where I researched how advanced mathematics courses effect remedial enrollment and degree attainment for low income students.

I am going into my 6th year of being a high school physics and precalculus teacher (with other things intermixed over the years) and I am passionate about garnering student interest in STEM fields and keeping students out of remedial courses in college.
